What Does a Consultation Involve?
Firstly, you will need to provide:
Why A Visit to Your House is a Must
Is there a large building across the road that dominates yours? Are you perched on top of a hill at the mercy of strong winds? Is there a T- intersection opposite your house which can cause you to feel insecure?
There are many external factors which are taken into account when a consultation is drawn up.
Therefore a visit is essential if you are to receive valid advice. No two buildings are ever the same.
-
A consultation also involves finding out what your individual desires and needs are. I then match these with the way the chi threads its way through your dwelling. The Flying Stars method identifies different kinds of chi. If, for example you are an artist, there may well be an area with chi that is perfect for you to work in but you may or may not be capitalising on it. If you are the manager of a building there are chi which supports the managerial role best. So we make sure you use that area to work in.
-
A consultation can often identify the causes of certain kinds of problems such as conflict in a workplace, illness or lack of productivity. It can provide cures often as simple as moving people to different positions within a building.
The Advice
-
The advice covers so much! I advise you on how best to use each area. Where is the best place for the home study, the family room, the quieter reflective areas. In a business, where is the best place for the cash register, the marketing area and the meeting room. Much of this involves an understanding of the principle of 5 Elements Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.
You also receive advice on:
-
Colours, material and interior design to enrich each area.
-
Furniture placement
-
The best positions for beds and desks.
-
The best way to encourage the flow of chi around the building.
-
How to minimise problem areas both inside and outside the building.
-
We can even work with architects to recognise the best position for the building on a site. The best position is one that captures the chi coming from each direction so that it supports you and that sets you on a path to more success.
The Report.
I give all this to you in an easy to follow illustrated map. I deliver this to you several days after my initial visit and explain it all to you. I offer complimentary follow up advice and I ring you after a month to see how things are going.
Costs
I charge:
$ 75 per hour for a home and $85 per hour for a business.
The costs will vary depending on the size of the property and the issues that arise in the analysis. Just to give you a rough idea, an average 3 bedroom home takes bwtweem 4 -6 hours and a small business also takes about 4-6 hours.
